RTS engineers continuously devote themselves in the innovation and research on processing technology. They believe that only the breakthough in processing technology can they create newer and better designing on the frames. After numerous times in experiment and testing, RTS engineers finally combined the advantages of two kinds of technology together, that is traditional LUG Joint Tech and newest dominant Monocoque Tech, and then created successfully newest manufacturing skills on carbon frames. This kind of technology will be also used in more new models in future.
TTR17 is the first RTS racing model that using this technology and will speed up in different races in future.
The head tube of TTR17 adopt in presently dominant design, that is 1-1/8， 1-1/2, small top big bottom. For one thing, it improves controllability; for another, it makes it more stable when downgrading, as well as withstanding its powerful force.
The top tube, follow precise aeromechanics, is designed into Triangle Tube Streamlined Design,. It can effectively reduce the windage and make the front triangle parts more stable.
Down tube and chain stay are designed into rectangular tube, which can deal with powerful torsion sideward.
TTR17 adopts in CNCLD Concealed Seat Post and it is inner-cable, which not only make the frame beautiful but also reduce the windage by using aeromechanics.
TTR17 frame also adopt in UD carbon fiber in processing, in order to maintain the frame’s strength and stability.
We are not lightest, but we are more strong.
